Shipping policy

Origin Hair Co. currently ships within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Origin Hair Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery window so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product

We’ll review and determine the appropriate resolution.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item:

  • Your order will ship once the item becomes available

  • Estimated ship dates are subject to change

If your order includes multiple items, all items may ship together unless stated otherwise.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time. This may change in the future.
