90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind this product. We offer a 60–90 day money-back guarantee for first-time customers depending on package size (60, or 90-day supply). If you’re not satisfied after completing the recommended usage cycle, we’ll refund you.

To request a refund, email us at support@originhairco.com within 70 or 100 days (depending on package size) of your purchase date. Just include your order number and a brief note on how you used it. We'll review and process your refund within 3–5 business days.

We ask for the usage note not to make it difficult, but because this product only works with consistent use — and we want to make sure you gave it a real shot before we part ways.

One refund per customer. This policy covers the original purchase only and does not apply to subscription orders that have already renewed.

 

Used Products

Because our products are personal-care items, fully used products are not eligible for return. If you experience an issue or believe the product is defective, contact us—we’ll review it case by case.
